Paste the same value into the hub Worker as REPORT_KEY and into every shop Worker as HUB_KEY. The fingerprint shown here is the first 8 hex of SHA-256 — it should equal reportKeyFingerprint on the hub's /admin/keycheck and hubKeyFingerprint on each shop's /app/diag. Never reuse the ADMIN_KEY value.
